How to Book

Step 1: Submit Inquiry 

Browse the ready-made tours on our website and select the one most suitable for you. Please fill in the inquiry form found below the package and then click "submit".  If there is no ready-made tour that meets your needs, just fill the "Special Request" box in the form with your requirements and then submit it to us. More detailed information is highly appreciated as it will help us optimize your customized tour plan more effectively.

Step 2: Get a Quote 

After receiving your inquiry, we will then prepare a tour program and quote our best price to meet your interest and requirements. You will receive our reply within 24 hours.

Step 3: Free Change as per your Requests

Upon your receipt of our reply, please carefully study the itinerary and quotation we have prepared for you. Also, please ensure that you read our Terms & Conditions. After that, should you have any questions or further requirements regarding the tour, please feel free to contact us. We will be pleased to make any changes to match your requests. Our aim is to make you completely satisfied with the final travel plan.

Step 4: Confirmation and Booking

Should you find our offer in order, you can get back to us and confirm your acceptance of our offer. We will then make the necessary reservations for your booking.

Step 5: Payment 

When all the relevant bookings and arrangements  to your tour has been confirmed, we will send you a Proforma Invoice detailing the package inclusions, price, payment procedure and the payment deadline. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if not paid within the period specified. Payments may be made through bank deposit at this account:

Step 6: Documentation

Inform us via email, text message, or phone call once you have made the deposit. After receipt of your payment, we will begin to process your documentation. We will send you a final confirmation email providing you a tour voucher, detailed itinerary, airline tickets (if applicable) and essential contact information. You can print them off in the comfort of your home and bring everything along with you on your trip.
